Andrew is an Urban and Regional Planner with over 30 years’ experience in planning for urban communities, infrastructure projects and public policy delivery. Andrew is passionate about asset management and better utilisation of public infrastructure and the opportunities that digitisation and digital enablement will bring. He led the delivery of Queensland’s BIM implementation program including the delivery of the policy and principles, Digital Enablement for Queensland Infrastructure which became operational from 1 July 2019.
