Mathilde is a positive, organised, and reliable consultant with a strong experience in embedding Digital tools, Digital Engineering and Information Management in large infrastructure projects and organisation. Coming from a structural engineering background, she leverages her technical experience on major infrastructure projects (Riyadh Metro and Doha Metro in the Middle East) to enable a deep understanding of program and project delivery in complex environments.

Mathilde has delivered Digital Twins and Information Management advisory to major infrastructure projects in Australia (North East Link Program, Inland Rail program and Sydney Metro). As a Certified Practising Project Director (CPPD), she is also conversant in Portfolio, program and project management, implementing new delivery framework and project governance in organisations.

Mathilde is passionate about defining the need and challenges of current processes before implementing any technological solutions.
